Masha Scherbina

Hi, I’m Masha.

Oniric started inside my own business. I founded MindMoves, a movement education programme that now runs in 20 schools across Vancouver. As it grew, the scheduling, teacher coordination, and daily admin started eating the week. Instead of hiring it away, I learned to build the AI systems myself, training through implementation courses taught by Silicon Valley tech founders, and got the hours back. That is what I now do for other businesses.

Since then I have built apps and platforms from the ground up, and AI workflows that take the manual work out of running a business. I take pride in creating custom solutions around efficiency, design, and problem solving. You work with me directly, start to finish. I do the building myself.
